1973 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia

A clean slate to build your dream VW bus...Cross country camper, Surf shop, food truck, off-the-grid "little home". Turn key, ready to go. Stainless sink, vintage hot/cold water jug, Coleman stove and Coleman Lantern included.
4 cylinder, 4 speed, rear wheel drive.
Hard wedge top with Canvas sides and back with zippered screens, upper folding sleeping cot,Engine has less then 500 miles, New front disk brakes (expensive upgrade), new tires, new ball joints, mechanically sound. Starts, goes and drives perfectly.

BODY CONDITION: Pretty solid and decent overall but has some surface rust/blistering around door bottom edges, rockers, wheel wells, trim edges, etc.......minor bubbles/blisters starting to show under paint. Some little rust starting around windshield and rain gutters but nothing severe.
South florida car so... no heat but can be easily fixed.
Underneath: floors, frame mounts, Inner Rockers, etc....all solid and seem to be original
Certainly not restored or perfect but a nice original and pretty solid pieceto work with, not a backyard piece of rotted out junk!
All glass/windows are solid and in great shape.Jalousie windows open and close

All doors open, close, latch and lock with key!
Side slide door works.

Wedge top works properly and stays up. Canvas and screens and zippers are allgood except worn spots on the screens.
PAINT CONDITION: Looks decent considering above mentioned condition. Still looks very sharp in general.

INTERIOR CONDITION: Front seats are overall fair shape, no rips.Headliner is a bit dated
Other Notes/Comments: Not perfect, not flawless = it is 44 YEARS OLD However, as mentioned earlier.....it is also not a junk yard or overgrown field find!!!
Great one to go over for a daily driver or a nice, easy restoration
