1964 21 WINDOW BUS RESTORED NICE

1964 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon DELUXW

This is a very nice bus it has been stripped down to bare metal everywher, all bad metal was replaced to good metal no bad, rusty, wornmetal was left. Bus has a lot of new metal anything that had issues was replaced. The roof was gone thru any thing that had rust was cut out and new metal was installed this is a solid straight rust free bus. Bus was on a rotisserie so all areas could be gotten to when sandblasted all the hard to get to places where blasted and epoxy primered before painting rust will not be an issue with this bus. Basiclly Everything is new on the bus except the original body less the new metal, the 8 sky lites and a few other small things you cannot buy new if I could not buy a new one then I had it completely rebuilt. New Sunroof and belt line metal from grumpie, all new tinted side glass, newpop out window frame, every handle is ne, new wiring, new lights, New 1776 motor built by Ronnie at bustarations he alsorebuilt the transaxlefrom new drum to drum and everything in between with new Rancho freeway flyer transmission. Wagons West built the front beam Its a narrowed bay window ball joint beam with new disc brakes. Steering is all redone all new brakes ever thing is redone new.All new shifting bushings and parts.

All Body wor, paint and assembly was done by one man at his shop it was a3 year job and he did a great job the line and gaps are all even and straight its a very nice bus. All upholstery is new its a two tone set up that matches the bus color very well .One thing I did do was leave the padding on the drivers seat thinner so a tall person can sit and drive the bus without being all bent over its very comfortable to drive for a big or tall person to drive.

This is an original stock height 1964 21 Window bus with all the factory stamps and vin plate and I have the clear title . This is the original outside colors for the bus paint is perfect bus has about 45 miles on it and is the best handing and driving bus you will find.
