1958 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

1958 VW Beetle. Solid car with great patina; California car. Original engine/trans; runs and drives well. 6 volt system. New RetroSound stereo and speaker. New door panels, seat covers and carpet. Very cool German roof rack and retro third brake light mounted on bumper. Very fun car that draws attention everywhere you go.

On Mar-31-18 at 19:36:48 PDT, seller added the following information:

I've had a few questions about the floor pan; suspension and matching numbers: TheFloor pan is solid; there was one small patch panel installed by previous owner on the passenger side behind the front seat. Everywhere else appears original and solid. Suspension has been lowered; front with a narrowed front beam. Car rides good for being so low. I believe the engine is original, but I have never verified numbers.

Had a couple questions about how well the Beetle drives:The Beetle runs and drives well. Starts, accelerates and stops as a 58 Beetle can. Lights, brake lights, blinkers work. Speedo is not working, gas gauge isn't hooked up and horn does not work.
Tires are brand new last summer along with a front end alignment.
