1982 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

1982 Westy-Low miles! I inherited this vehicle from my dad. Be purchased in about 2008 from the original owner who only drove the van a couple of years then due to her personal circumstances stored it with a mechanic shop who kept the van in pristine condition. When my dad purchased it had just over 30,000 original miles on it. Everything is original except the prior owner installed a tape deck. My dad passed away in 2010 and the van hasn't got much love for the last few years. It is still reliable and mechanically sound, but is showing signs of neglect. It needs a tune-up, brake job, new tires, a good cleaning, and a bit of restoration to get it back to the cherry condition it was when we first bought it. I have put a lot of miles on the van, but have only recently taken possession of it as the inherited owner and simply don't have the time or money to invest in it right now. I am happy to hold onto it, but would be even happier if the van went to someone who will love
