Westfalia Camper Van

Price: - Item location: Tyler, Texas, United States
Description:

1984 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

We have had two serious buyers back out, so she is now back on the market. ONLY reason we are selling is because she does not fit in the garage of our new house, and we don't want her sitting outside.
The GOOD:
This van has an original 1.9L water cooled engine. We have been told by several VW mechanics that is the strongest engine they have come across. The lowest mileage you will find on an ALL original, perfectly maintained Westfalia camper van. This van is our daily town driver, and has also taken us from Texas - Arkansas - OKC - back to Texas. Very well loved by a mechanic and his wife & son. Original fridge has been removed, but can be re-hooked up if buyer desires. This van has a full-size rock and roll bed, another bed up top, and a full kitchenette - includes a great working water pump for the faucet, two propane burners, and a fridge. All plugs for camping work perfect.
Updates include:
New drum brakes
New O2 sensor
All new fuel lines, tank and filter.
All spark plugs replaced
Brand new tires
New temp 2 sensor
New coolant expansion tank
New coolant linesBrand new pop top canvas
Everything that needed to be replaced on this vehicle has been replaced and updated. I can honestly say there is no bad - possibly needs a headlight replaced in the near future and the passenger side seat belt is missing. Easy breezy fixes.
The ugly:
The minor surface rust is not harmful to the vehicle, and is nothing to be worried with. Other than that, there are 2 dents - one in the front under the front windshield and the other is on the back hatch. About the 2.5 inches in size. If you are not familiar with the VW Westfalia of this year, there is no AC only heat.
Please let us know if you have any further questions. We are ready to see this GONE to another VW loving family. Title in hand.
