1964 VW Bus "Shorty"

1964 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Delux

My wife said shewould never drive a minivan until she saw this!!
This is a 1964 VW bus that we found in Maryland in 2009. This shorty modification was done sometime in the 1980's. We brought it here to California and brought it back to life. Just abouteverything on it is new or has been replaced.
Custom interior,custom paint and a ton of details went into this. We have had it in several local parades and getnothing but compliments and pictures. Contrary to popular belief, it is very easy to drive and handles great. The engine is very strong and it shift easily as well.
The custom "Mini Bus" plates will come with it should someone inCalifornia buythe vehicle. If sold out of state we are going to keep the plates.
