1963 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westphalia

Regretfully I'm having to sale my rare westy sub SO-33 camper. I bought this bus about 3 years ago out of Northern Colorado hence a very dry rust free bus. The bus had minor metal work done correctly by a local vw repair shop in Pasadena. I have a lot of photos that I can send if you're a serious buyer. This bus is fairly rare in the since that it's a SK paint bus. SK stands for a special paint requested by the original owner to the factory. Research states it was called "near dove blue" solid blue non-two tone. The bus has a nice paint job, not perfect but highly presentable. The engine is a new rebuilt 1600 cc engine. The rebuild was done by Qualitech VW shop in Grand Prairie, Texas. All new brakes and all electrical done as well. The bus needs a couple of things like windshield wiper arms and door handle on drivers side. This may be repaired by the end of this auction. Also I'm trying to find the deck lid prop for it. It was painted but we haven't found it yet. I know that I'm new to Ebay but you're welcomed to look my feedback on the website thesamba.com. I can provide my user name upon request. I know what the bus is worth but I'm willing to make a deal if someone is really serious. I can sell the bus for less without the roof racks, child's cot, barndoor steering wheel and the BBT Westy side tent that's complete. I will be listing the bus on other sites so feel free to make serious offers. Lower Ballers will be ignored respectfully. Note the reserve price will not include accessories listed above. Please do not bid if you are not a serious buyer with references. I've shipped bus to Europe, Japan,Canada Mexico and Australia through out the years so I can deliver to a shipper or the Port of Houston or the Port of Galveston at know extra charge. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to your location.
