1976 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

You are looking at a running when it wants 1976 Volkswagen Bus Riviera Camper with a clean and clear Missouri title in my name. I purchased this bus in 2014 with the intentions of restoring it, since then with work and having a baby there is just no time to finish it. The carbs was refurbished at The Shop in Missouri and installed today (8/24) There is still a little tuning that needs done to them. The bus starts and idles, however when you try to drive it acts like one of the brakes is hanging up, and under the load wants to die. The bottom of the bus is in very nice shape with no signs of excess rust. There are two spots that will need attention. The battery tray, and passenger side floor board (leaking windscreen seal) is rusted through, I will include both of these panels though to fix these. There also areas on both rear corners that have some damage (see pictures). The passenger side rear light is not working, and the blinkers (I believe this is related to the rear light) do not work. The top canvas has a tear in, but with a patch I think will be useable. If you search "1976 Volkswagen Riviera with rebuilt carb" on youtube there is a video of it running from today (8/24) eBay will not let me include a link in the listing.
***********8/25. Update. ********Today I went to start the bus to show it locally. It is turning over, but does not want to start. It was running yesterday, and will start with starter fluid today. I do not know much about these and am at a loss.
If you have any other questions please feel free to send me a message.
There is a $500 non returnable deposit due within 48 hours, and full payment is due with 7 days, or the bus will be relisted.
