I am selling this beautiful Triumph TR-6 for my brother in law. He bought a new Corvette this summer and is going to let the Triumph go. 10 years ago we went to Murfreesboro, Tennessee to get this one. Jimmy had looked for a couple of years for a rust free car to restore.
This auction will be 5 days only and we are running it with NO RESERVE.
The body has been off the frame and has undergone an almost complete frame off restoration including new body mount kit. Two of the best body men in Kentucky worked on getting this body laser straight and I think you will agree from the pictures they did it right. The restoration included the following: new complete OEM interior kit, new dash, new trunk kit, new exhaust, new complete front to back wiring harness, new top and new Bridgestone Fusion tires. It came with the original tonneu cover for the top and two full covers for the car when the top is down. The car did come with all bumper brackets but the previous owner did not have the bumpers and Jimmy liked it better without them. After having driven the car only in the summer the past 8 years and never in the rain, Jimmy noticed the tranny had a whine in it and the rear differential mounts need replaced. He picked up a complete rear differential with new seals and differential mount kit, which needs installed and he bought another tranny and complete rebuild kit for it. So, you can drive the car the rest of the fall while getting the tranny rebuilt, then install the new tranny, the rear differential and new mount kit and it should be like new. Bidders please note: The car drives great as is but to be like new, the above needs to be done at some point. The motor had a slight peck in one valve so Jimmy pulled the head and had it completely re-done with all new valves so the motor runs quiet. There is no smoke and it uses no oil. This car shows 35,065 miles but there is no way we can guarantee that to be original but from the looks of the car when purchased it has to be close. We have done our best to describe this car and it is one that we don't have to make any excuses for; it is just that nice or better.

There is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit due within 24 hours of auction end and payment is due in full within 10 days of the end of the auction. Please don't try to play games on making payment for the car. If it is not as described we will refund every penny of your money as long as you adhere to the above. The deposit will be sent to my paypal account and we will accept the balance by cashiers check or money order but either must clear our bank before we release the car to you or your shipper you may hire, or we will take cash. Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle or having your shipper pick it up.
