1976 Triumph TR7 COUPE

1976 TRIUMPH TR7 COUPE. THIS IS A FULL DISCLOSURE, NO RESERVE AUCTION. Please see video of running/driving. I have pictures of every inch of the car that I can send on request if you need to see more than what are shown here.
I bought this as a 2 owner car. Extremely rust free, survivor car, original and complete. Last inspection sticker is 1983. Last registered and driving on the road in 2011-2012. Runs well but needs TLC as will be laid out below. I purchased this car because it was worthwhile to save and bring back to the market. PERFECT FOR V8 CONVERSION!
FEATURES:
Excellent fuel tank. Excellent dash with NO CRACKS. Air conditioned but missing condenser and it's 2 hoses. Good seats and door panels. Lousy carpet. Extremely rust free structurally. This car had "RUSTY JONES" treatment when new. Doors, rockers, frame, 1/4s area great. No RUST THROUGHS except a small area at the left front hood opening corner by the body tag and an area at the back of the left side shock tower. There is some rust burping starting ahead of the front shock towers up high. There is a little started at the lowest part of the spare tire well seam. Floors, frame hinge pillars are excellent. THE PINCH WELDS AND SEAMS ARE NOT RUSTED! The pictures make things look way worse than they are. You will be pleased with the condition. Paint is failing and has surface rust areas on exterior . Lower front valence has been distorted. Probably curbed. Vinyl top is failing but not rusted underneath. Tires have great tread, hold air but 2 have dry cracks. Fires right up, runs strong, good oil pressure, great shifting up and down, no smoke, smells or drips, working brakes except hand brake cable is shot. Radiator looks like new. Fan clutch is shot. Plastics and bumpers are not cracked or dented but are a little oxidized. Windows and latches all work. Temp gauge and speedo not working. Volt gauge, fuel gauge and tach work. Directionals act like they need better grounds. Radio works. The windshield base cap has been refinished as well as the fan shield.
WHAT I HAVE DONE:
Changed engine oil and filter. New spark plugs. New fuel filter (tank is super clean). Installed new alternator. New starter relay. New head pipe flange gaskets. New wheel beauty rings. New, (not installed), plug wires and oil pressure sender sender. I cleaned the car. Got it running. Drove it around the neighborhood. Did a thorough inspection and repaired the things that had caused it to be taken off the road.
WHAT IT NEEDS:
There are electrical issues still to be done like some gauges, head lights and misc. I am leaving that to the next person. I tried the pop up headlights and got no action. I did not pursue the issue. Everything is there but needs sorting. The windshield wiper parts mechanism and parts have been removed but come with the car as well as extra spares. The brakes should be refreshed. The air conditioning will need a condenser and the two hoses that go to it. Everything else is there. There is a wheel stud/nut stripped on the right rear wheel. The exhaust is marginal. Tires should be replaced. Drivers seat mechanism needs attention. Paint is done for. Door gaskets and other rubber need replacement. Non catalyst car but missing the AIR pump. Exterior door latches work but are a little sticky.
WHAT YOU GET:
The car as shown. Extra set of new plug wires. 3 used wheel trim rings. Spare distributor cap. Extra wiper mechanism parts. Extra steering column cover. All paper work separately listed.
