Selling my 1958 Triumph TR3 - NO RESERVE!
Running Triumph TR3 with good mechanicals - needs body work but frame is solid. Video of engine running and car driving down road included below.
Receipts are included showing extensive engine rebuild, front suspensionand steering overhaul.
The car was last on the road in 2008 and since then stored in a dry garage and started up from time to time.
The engine starts easily with good oil pressure. The clutch and gearbox are good and car shifts well.
The brakes need attention, perhaps a new master cylinder - some old workreceipts show brake work.
Dash and steering wheel are nice. Seats are non-original from a TR4 and need recovering.
Roof is recent with clear back window and no rips. The hardtop roof is in rough shape but is restorable. Some aftermarket bumperettes are included with some other items as shown in the photos.
The frame is solid - please see pictures. We have tried to capture the bodywork with the pictures. Therockers are bad and need work/replacement. There isbondo on the front fenders.
The car never had a title and comes with a previous registration and original Bill of Sale for a non-titled motor vehicle dated 1973.
