If you are looking for a clean mk3 supra, his is it! 96k original unmolested miles! Very clean and straight body! No leaks, oises, r smells! These cars are becoming more and more rare by the year, specially in this condition!!!
Bought this car from an elderly gentleman in Freeland, d. Who was going through a divorce and liquidating everything. Before purchasing, inspected the motor and the cooling system VERY carefully and was very pleased. Before driving, let the car idle in his driveway for more than an hour before taking it for a test drive that lasted for almost another hour. I then drove it from Freeland, d to silver spring, d (over an hour away) at speeds exceeding 80-90 mph. The transmission shifted extremely smooth with no shaking, esitation, r noise. The car performed very well and handled like it was on rails. Totally exceeded my expectations for a car that is almost 30 years old. After getting it home, took it to my mechanic who inspected the oil and coolant and put it on a lift to look at the underside. He was amazed by the condition of the car. I then took it to a totally different mechanic for an unbiased opinion and he was also amazed.
I have wanted one of these mk3 supras for over 10 years. Now that I finally have one, am realizing that it is not practical for me at all. I commute almost 60 miles a day for work and cringe at the thought of putting that kind of mileage on this beauty, et alone parking it in a parking garage for hours.
This car was originally a Florida car that came to Md with 40k miles, as then sold to the gentleman in Freeland with 89k miles. He only drove it a few times a year and only put 7k miles on it in the 3 years he owned it! This car has been garaged and very well taken care of its entire life!
