1993 Toyota MR2

Hey guys trying to sell my 1993 NA before winter hits. She's never seen winter and my ability to garage her has changed recently.
I'm the 3rd owner, bought from an old couple in Cincinnati, whom purchased it from their neighbor. I've only put about 4-5k miles on it in 4 years. It's a bit of a mixed bag right now, some great, some not great, some unknown. Was going to trade her in, but rather she go to a loving home. I'll describe everything I possibly can, let me know if you have any questions. Pictures are about as rough as the car will look. I impulse decided to list it today, so no prep work been done to make it look nice. Actually needs clayed super bad from a couple days of tree sap and leafs falling on it.
Exterior: Overall solid condition. Some clear coat remaining. Has some paint chips missing, mostly small on the hood. There's a few on the side of the car from where an old 90s as hell Miami Vice decal was removed. Rockers have some rest setting in, but should easily be able to sanded down and hit with some black rustoleum or POR15. Undercarriage thought is absolutely clean as hell, no to minimal rust, especially for the region. Suspension mechanics by the wheels have some rust, but nothing super terrible.
Interior Fair to good. Dash, console, all the plastics are in great shape. Seats are in good condition but starting to show some wear. There's a tear forming on drivers left side bolster from getting in and out. Carpets arnt bad, but couple use some work. The bad on these is they have some mildew from when it rained really bad a couple months back. I hadn't driven it and water built up in the floor. I've rehydrated the T-TOPs and theres not much or any water coming through the tops, but there's still water running down the A-Pilar inappropriately draining into the drivers floor. It's not nearly as much as it was, but its enough to get the carpet a bit damp in a few spots after 2-3 days of steady rain.
Engine Engine is an unknown right now. It starts right up and generally runs fine, idles right at the 800ish mark like it should. Was perfect until an incident over the summer. I was driving on a hot day and looked down to realize the thermostat was hitting red. By the time I pulled over it was squealing quite a bit in the back and some steam coming out of the engine. I was afraid the engine was shot, but after letting her cool down I was able to drive her back home ( was only a mile from house ) . Not knowning if I had a leak or bad thermo etc, I just filled it up with some destilled water, bout 3 gallons worth prob between the system and reservoir. Didnt want to pay 50-60 bucks for Yota red and have it bleeds all over, so just running pure water right now. Didn't burp or bleed etc, but shes been generally running stable ever since. Temp always stable at the same place everyday no matter how long or hard I push it. I DO feel like there's been some slight power loss, but it could all be in my head as well. I havn't noticed any leaks on the ground after driving it, but from time to time I'll open the cooling system cap and I'm able to get maybe a couple oz of water in there. I'll let you experts make our own judgements on that.
Transmission Never had any issues with it. Generally shifts smooth, not silky smooth, but smooth. 1st and 3rd can be a bit rough at times, but nothing major. Clutch squeaks when engaged.
Suspention Bit of slop in the steering and firmness, but nothing outlandish. Some wheel vibration/shake at highway speeds, but tires are super old and probably needs a good alignment. Could probably stand to have new bushings, springs, rods etc, but still feels capable and solid as is.
Misc E-brake cable needs replaced, couple of the taillights need replaced, and just a reminder about the leak down the A - Pillar. Those are the only old car annoyances I can think of. Oh yeah needs AC charged, condenser kicks o, just no charge.
Anyways, that's all I got. Asking 5,200 because I don't think it needs much to be in great condition and its under 100k unmolested miles with a non rusty undercarriage. Just want a good home for her. Let me know if anyone has any other questions or needs more pics. Thanks!
