This was my daughter's Fathers car. He was in the air force as a turbine mechanic stationed in both Arkansas and Japan. In the 90's he fell in love with the supra. When He came back to the states later he bought this supra for 18k. He lived on base and put his heart, soul, and wallet into it. There is approx. 15-20k in extra performance parts added to this car. He was into this car about 40k before counting labor. He was setting it up for a single. The car was always fixed nice and the clear coat was perfect waxed and polished. When things didn't work out with him and I, he let lots of things go. The car broke he let it sit. It was so strange to see it broken for more than a week. It has been weathered the last 5 yrs or so, sitting like a broken heart. For drive ability $3,500 in parts, and a paint job is all this beauty needs to return to her glory days. Only about 6,000 six speed supra's were ever imported originally....Truly rare! All the parts are with the car and it will start up. The harmonic balancer and timing belt are off. It needs another JDM engine, tires, upgraded slave cylinder, upgraded lug nuts, and upgraded clutch hydraulics to fix the mechanical parts. It comes with the complete set of parts, extra spare ones, and upgrades that were never installed. This car has NO RUST!!!!
I have a seven year old daughter with him I will need to support. Needing things for my daughter forces the sale of this rare collector car. I have the title and the Connecticut gift form that he signed over to me so I could put it up for sale. I can legally sell it with a bill of sale.
