The Classic Car Gallery is proud to present this 1979 Toyota FJ40 LandCruiser. Finished in Yellow over Black with Weld forged alloy Draglight Racing Rims and white roof this truck makes a strong off-road statement!!! Completing the off road look she comes with a set of Mastercraft Courser 33’ knobby A/T tires (new) and a lift kit. It has a swing out rear tire carrier with a Jerry can mount (Jerry can included). The truck has POWER STEERING and power brakes. The 350ci Chevrolet V8 swap was completed correctly and mated to her original 4 speed toyota transmission. The engine breathes through and Edelbrock Carburettor and Manifold and exhausts through a set of headers. The V8 pulls strong through all the gears and the exhaust produces a deep throaty tone. An aluminum radiator and a thermostatically controlled electric fan keeps temperatures in check on the hottest of days. The paint is good with some flaking on the hood. THIS IS A CALIFORNIA CAR, and as such, the frame is solid, and has no corrosion issues (often a problem on these trucks). The body is solid (surely a legacy of its life in California). The interior features an aluminum diamond plate dash with a full complement of Autometer Pro-Comp gauges. A Kenwood Bluetooth tuner is installed and the sound is blasted by a pair Rockford Fosgate 6.5” Wakeboard speakers!! The heat works well and the truck is equipped with modern r134a Air Conditioning. She runs and drives well, and is as comfortable on the road as off. The truck has a CLEAR CALIFORNIA TITLE. Whether you use this truck as a beach cruiser or an off road weapon, this truck is sure to please. Enjoy this unique and fun truck today as she needs nothing but an enthusiastic new owner.
