Hello everyone,
I'm offering for sale a lovely original 1986 Toyota Land Cruiser LX Turbo Diesel, this example is fitted with the Toyota engine and not the Italian VM motor which was fitted during the 80's to some European models. Having lived her life in Southern Spain (Granada region) she is rust and rot free throughout. Condition is very good put not perfect, there are a few scratches and light dents here and there which are consistant with the age and mileage of the vehicle.
231k genuine kilometres from new. (approx 144k miles) First Registered in Spain during July 1986.
Drives very well indeed, engine starts first time hot or cold, no smoke, pulls extremely well through the gears which all select perfectly with no synchro issues. Power Steering also working great and the vehicle handles well on the road, the brakes also work very well. The vehicle is still in use so the km might increase slightly, comes with a Spanish road worthiness certificate and is completely road legal in Spain.
Last month the vehicle was treated to a full service, new cambelt and waterpump, plus a reconditioned injection pump.
Electric sunroof works ok, the driver electric window works ok, but the passenger window switch is broken so will need replacing.
The vehicle is located in Southern Spain so would need to be shipped to the USA, I can highly recommend the agents which we use for all our USA shipments but you are more than welcome to use your own. Please contact me for details. We do request full payment prior to shipping but we offer a full refund if the vehicle doesn't make it through customs, this is detailed in the sales contract.
Vehicle will be supplied with all Spanish registration docs, scanned copies available upon request.
