Description:

1986 Toyota Land Cruiser

I spent over 6k in parts and labor over the past few years with the intention of making this my daily driver once again, yet, the shop "Land Cruiser Specialist" in Austin (TX) disabled that dream. After driving this vehicle for ten years with minor issues such as leaks, the above mentioned shop was supposed to fix the leaks, but I only got to drive it for approx. 2k miles until it reached its current condition of being undriveable due to carburetor issues, exhaust manifold leak, no ac, and a malfunctioning power steering. After installing a superb sound system and new wheels and tires, "Land Cruiser Specialist" did the all the mechanic work which I hoped their 4k(INVOICE ATTACHED IN PHOTOS) repair bill would have allowed me to drive my FJ for 5-10 years with no major issues, but I was wrong.
I am entering the dog training business that will require lots of traveling and unfortunately my time constraints and low budget will no longer allow me to keep this vehicle. I believe the right enthusiast can fix the minor problems it has and get it running again.
Feel free to ask any questions or specific photos or video clips of the vehicle and I will reply asap.
Vehicle sold "as is." No warranty.
More photos will be uploaded, including factory front seats and 5 factory stock wheels.

Clarification: Vehicle hesitates to start, drives, but I do not trust it anymore for long distances as the last mechanic I had install the headers on told me the Webber carburetor previously installed by "LCS" needs replacement.

Prior to "LCS": Minor leaks, top speed 65mph, power steering repaired multiple times, A/C recharged
After "LCS": Choke disabled, de-smogged, Webber Carb, top speed 76 mph, but A/C stopped working, power steering works randomly, vehicle started overheating after 3-4 miles tops and would shut off.
Currently had radiator issue resolved, but can no longer afford to deal with the constant hiccups. After 4k in repairs and 4 visits to LCS to resolve the issue, I no longer can afford to tinker with it and I deeply regret ever having it worked on by LCS.
