Description:

1985 Subaru GL

1985 Subaru GL, 4 Speed, 4WD (Hi/Lo), ONLY 62K miles.

2 prior owners. Car lived in CO most of its life. Meticulously maintained. NO RUST. 1 Owner from new until 56k and second owner had it 1 year and drove it about 5k

Starts, runs and drives like new. Needs NOTHING! Interior is in great shape. Some wear on the front headrest, but otherwise, headrests are in good shape.

Car hood looks like it has been resprayed at some point, but there is ZERO evidence of any body work.

Carfax shows regular maintenance history throughout the life of the ownership.

Recent maintenance includes the following:

- Oil & Filter Change

- Air Filter

- Plugs, Cap, Rotor, wires

- Clutch adjustment

- New front CV Axles (there was a torn boot, so I replaced the whole axle)

- Tires at 50%

- Newer battery

-Newer brakes

- AC converted to R34 and blows cold

This is a true time capsule. EVERYTHING works including the ignition key chime. These cars are going up in value very quickly because very few are still intact. Most rotted away in snow states. Though the car is in MI, it has never been driven in snow or salt.

Selling it to fund another project. I am not desperate to sell it, that is why there is a reserve. I am a private seller located in Grand Rapids, MI. I can arrange for shipping anywhere in the USA or you are welcome to fly to Grand Rapids and drive it home.

Buyer to pay $500 deposit via paypal at soon as the auction ends. Remaining balance to be paid in Cash or Certified funds within 7 days or upon pick up, whichever is earlier.

If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
