Description:

1963 Studebaker GT Grand Tourismo Hawk

1963 Studebaker Gt Hawk original 289 V8 and original 4 spd manual
transmission with Hurst shifter. Car was from Colorado, then California.
Nice solid body. Sides were painted silver grey by 2nd owner. I had them
professionally repainted. What a sharp looking car. After purchasing it 6
years ago, I had a mechanic go thru the chassis and replace all worn parts
including entire brake system, steering system, etc. Motor runs smooth,
nice oil pressure, lots of power. Shifts real nice. Drives steady and smooth
at any speed. never overheats. Everything works but the clock.
I installed new carpet, seat covers, door panels. This beauty is mostly
original except for the mag wheels I put on for looks, and the sun roof
by the 2nd owner, and chrome luggage rack on trunk. I have the original
chrome hubcaps. The car is not show quality, but certainly draws attention,
and is fun to drive. With its added features, it is one of the more eye catching
Hawks out there. I can help arrange for shipping.
Add this car to your WATCH list. Due to ebay frequency listing fees, I won't
be relisting for a month if not sold on this listing.
