1965 Shelby Cobra Superformance MK 111

2002 Superformance MK 111 427 S/C Cobra, 2002, VIN SPO 1283.
Color Titanium with Onyx Black Lemans Strips. Under the hood is an Olthoff Racing built 351 SVO block stroked to a 396.
This car was built to run. It includes Olthoff's special Road Racing cam. Tuck Flow heads, Ford Racing performer Intake, with a 750 Holley Double Pumper carburetor. Constant and imInediate oil pressure is achieved from an Accumulator. Headers stainless with ceramic coated silver side pipes. Cooling department consists of an aluminum single core hi-performance radiator with braided SS lines, with (2) thermostatically Operated electric fans with manual override. Gear train consist of a Tremec 3550 5 speed transmission Ford 8.8 limited slip IRS with 3.73 gears. Suspension, chassis, brakes: fully independent front & rear suspension, 4 piston Wilwood power brakes with adjustable shocks at all fom corners. Anti-sway bars from and rear, rack & pinion steering. Wheels and Tires. Car pictured with PS Engineering Wheels, size 8”x17" front with Michelin Pilot sport 275/40 ZR17 tires and 10”x17" wheels in back with 335/35 ZR 17 tires. The original painted and polished 15" aluminum Halibrand style pin drive wheels come with the car. They are mounted on Goodyear rubber, sizes 245/60/15 front and 27 5/60/ 1 5 rear. In the cockpit: Smiths gauges with 180 mph reverse speedometer, premium German black leather upholstery, adjustable, bucket seats with 5 point harness drivers side and 4 point harness on passenger side; Shifter is a Jordan short throw.
Carpet is original black wool with Superformance logo wool floor mats; full width roll bar by "Olthoii”, (2) steering wheels (1) moto-lira polished aluminum, hardwood steering wheel and (1) smaller wheel, pedals AC, polished SS hand brake, (l) Amerex Fire Extinguisher, bracket to mount Kirkley race seat, and a factory glove box.
Other items of interest: Stone guard on oil cooler, clear invinca-shield rock guard on front of car and at rear fenders, Superformance car cover, complete fire suppression system, factory soft top with door glass, fitted tonneau cover, all with storage bags, lead hammer for knockoffs. The Superformance MKIII is the only Cobra replica built under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc.
