NO RESERVE!! MUST SELL!!MAKE YOUR BEST OFFER!

Up for you consideration is my extremely low mileage 1975 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. This is the rolls Royce to look at! HUGE money just spent on mechanics of this car. Several of these are for sale but nobody lists any service. See below for a list of over 50 items that were replaced! Doing all this easily exceeds my asking price, don’t buy a cheap one for $10K and then spend another $20K making it right. I know how hard it is to buy a car sight unseen on ebay as I have done it several times myself. I have tired to give a very comprehensive description below for interested buyers to read. Thanks for looking and good luck! SEE BELOW FOR FULL LIST OF REPAIRS!!

Unfortunately, I have to sell my pride and joy. I am having a job change in 30 days and will be moving to a home with only a one car garage so I must sell this car.

A little history on the car: This is a rare opportunity for a cool car with a unique history. If you drink coffee you know about the company “The Mr. Coffee Company” well shortly after they started the company they bought this car! I am believed to be the third owner. It was stored for around 15-20 years before I bought it. Car started right up out of storage but it was clear that it needed some help. I had it totally mechanically gone through with an open check book and the over 50 items replaced are described below. The more you drive it the better it gets! Included with the car is a binder with service info, some car history info. I have the original RR Warranty car bearing the Mr. Coffee Name, Copy of envelope for payment, copy of window sticker, and service records with Mr. Coffee on it. Everything is in a binder in slip covers.Full set of owners manuals and books.

Engine: Here is where I spent all the money. Below you will find the list of everything major that was replaced by a certified Rolls Royce shop here in Boca Raton. Lots of other little odds and ends that are not listed. He is the best of the best. All service records will be included. There are over $18,000 in repairs done. Full binder for the buyer to have.

Misc Mechanical/electrical: A/c blows ice cold, power seats work, radio works, 8-track player works! Power windows work with the exception of passenger rear. Central locking not sure if that ever functioned but I have never left car unattended so never used it. I lock and unlock with drivers door only. Only other things I can think of are that the suspension front and rear makes occasional clunks over bumps that comes with the character of a 40 year old car. Cant feel any bumps though floats right over everything. Mechanic also said the car has a slow drip from the timing cover. Wasn't bad enough to fix at this time for $500, occasional drip but nothing bad. Car doesn't leak any brake fluid like all like most Rolls Royces!

Exterior:Exterior paint is not original for two reasons. First the gold upper half. I have a copy of the original check in sheet from the port when this car was brought in from England. On that sheet it indicates that the car came from the factory with paint that was very damaged or in poor condition from the trip over. I am not sure if that was when it was repainted the cardinal red over gold or at some other point but it is an extremely handsome color combo. It is in nice driver condition. Lots of shine but you will see imperfections like stone ships on the front. At one point in the past the bottom half had to be re-sprayed as someone keyed the drivers side of the vehicle. I do have a photo that I can provide the buyer showing the long key mark warranting re-spray. The paint overall has a great shine. Door jams line up and it’s a handsome car on the road. Great driver quality for sure! I put a new set of hubcaps on because the originals were in average shape. I may have them in storage if I do I will include them but I cannot guarantee.

Interioris in very nice shape, the leather is free of rips or tears and has very minimal creasing, carpet is nice, has the foot rests in the back and headliner. There are some small holes on the A pillar cloth covering that is easily replaced. I would be doing it if I didn’t need to sell so soon. Wood on the doors is in phenomenal shape. The wood on the dash has the typical cracking due to age and should be refinished if you want it perfect but I have taken this car to many shows as is and it draws a huge crowd! Leather has been re-dyed at some point and is very nice shape. The car camewith no sun visors but I do have a set I picked up that I will try and install before selling if not they will be included. The steering wheel on the car now is a Nardi I believe but I think someone polished off the name. Its in excellent shape and has the Rolls Royce horn button these alone are $1000+ Original black steering wheel from Rolls oyce is also included.

Mileage: as indicated on the odometer based on the history we believe to be 11,500 original miles. My mechanic also believes that it is original based on the condition. However, the state of Florida will sell this car as Mileage exempt due to the age and the free and clear title that I have already indicates that. “mileage exempt due to age”

Two things I wanted to add. First I forgot to mention that the car has a brand new set of tires with white walls on them. There are about 200 miles on the tires. Additionally, it wouldn't let me add any more photos but there is a slight tear about 1.5" on the back rear bumper right side very tiny but I wanted to mention it.

Maybe I am being picky, but that is the type of buyer that I am so I wanted to update the ad.
