FACTORY TURBO LOOK: The Turbo Look Registry shows that for production year 1986 there were a total of 57 Turbo Look Targas imported to the USA. Of those, 0 were USA/California cars. So this is a fairly rare car. Worldwide production was 193, f which 103 were left-hand drive.
This is a rust-free car, ell-maintained and always garaged and covered. During my ownership it has been a good weather car only and properly stored over winter. Engine reseal done @ 227,107 miles. No leaks. Lots of records from previous owners. The car handles and drives as it should. I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere. Paint is really nice and shiny. Extremely straight body except for one very minor ding just rear of the driver's side door. No scratches, ome chips on door edge. Targa top is in very good condition. Interior is in very good condition; no cracks on dash, ut there is some cracking on the driver's seat bolster; not excessive for the model year (see picture). Records included in the car's file indicate that in 2009 there was a dent repair to the left rear fender above the tail light. I have run a magnet over the entire fender and it appears the dent repair was done right since there is no evidence of plastic filler used. There is some cracking of paint on the left fender wheel well as shown in attached picture; not sure as to the cause being that it was there when I purchased the car. I would repaint that area and replace the stone guards on both fenders. Other than the deficiencies noted, he car is inreally nice shape. I get lots of compliments on the looks and condition. I have done my best to give an accurate description of this Porsche.
The car is currently stored in my garage over winter. My ability to provide more pictures is limited as a result of space restrictions due to 5 cars stored in a 3 car garage. However, can provide some additional shots upon request to interested buyers. The car is equipped with a Viper Alarm system.
