FUCHS Wheels: 944 Turbo 16x8 & 16x7 staggered Original Fuchs Wheels with 3-year-old 5k mile Continental Extreme Sport tires. I had the fenders professionally rolled to accommodate these as the offset is not right for 85.5 and later cars. They do not rub at all but If you intend to track the car or engage in any Dukes of Hazards stunts I would recommend another offset! The car looks amazing and should have left the factory this way in my opinion.
I also have a professionally restored gloss black set of genuine Porsche Cup 2's with brand new Continental Extreme Contact Tires (Not even 100 miles on them) The buyer can choose which set they want them with the car. The remaining set will be sold separately. NOTE: These are not included unless you don't want the Fuchs.
THE BAD:
The paint on this car is original and has a lot of small imperfections. The front bumper is obviously the worst with some rock chips. It could do with a respray but had I kept the car I would probably swap It for a euro bumper. Its by no means bad but its the weakest point on the car.
There is a small rise in the left side of the hood which the previous owner said came from closing the hood with a tool inside the engine bay. It is not very noticeable but there.
The door locks do not match the ignition key. Annoying to have 2 keys but functions fine. There is a small dent above the drivers side door handle (pictured)
SUMMARY:This car needs nothing. The 2.7 liters got that little extra grunt that makes a world of difference but doesn't carry the cost of the Turbo cars. It's extremely well maintained with all the major services recently completed. I think with a little paintwork this would be one of the best NA 944's out there. Test drives and PPI's welcome. I do not currently have underbody pics but I can attest to this car always being garaged and being completely rust free save for a very small amount of surface rust around the exhaust welds.
On Dec-08-19 at 11:16:05 PST, seller added the following information:I just added pictures of the optional Cup 2 Wheels. They are currently trod in Continental Extreme Contact Tires. They covered about 150 miles before I swapped back to the Fuchs:Wheels are 17" staggered 7" fronts and 9" rears. Part #993.362.124.00. Et55 offset
