1975 911S Backdate RSR Tribute -

1975 Porsche 911

This is a RSR project that I started earlier this year. I am looking to sell it with just the exterior and interior being mostly complete. The project started with a 1975 911S no sunroof and I have a clean clear California title in hand. It is not a running driving car yet, there is no engine or transmission. Instead of going into a long boring description I will try to make it simple for all those who are interested in taking over this project and end up with a great looking RSR tribute on a budget.Things that have been completed:Paint and Body-front fenders are steel turbo fenders with still early front turn signals: ducktail, hood, bumpers, and rear flares are fiberglass-gas filler was moved to center of front hoodNew interior with black alcantara headliner, the dash was covered with red alcantara, as wells as top of door trim and rear 1/4 trim. back seat delete with new rsr black carpet kit, new rsr door panels with red pulls. I have installed power window regulators, door looks are still manual. The seats are new replica period style sport seats. all the aluminum trim is cleaned as best as possible and reused to save costs, new rubber seals.New Parts bought:headlights, rear turn signal lens, wiper arms and blades, door handles, horn grills, front turn signal housings, MOMO prototipo steering wheel and adapter, Rennline bottom dash delete, radio delete, clock delete, decklid grill, rear bumper reflectors, the car will come with brand new Maxilite 15x11 and 15x9, which were ordered and awaiting delivery.There is a mostly complete suspension with turbo tie rods and stabilizerThe main big ticket things that is needed:engine, transmission, brakes, electrical( the original harness is there), the suspension needs attentionThis would be great for someone who has experience with making Porsches run and drive. My plans were always to source a rebuilt engine and transmission and enjoy the car, but as in life my plans have changed. So as the old cliché goes, my loss can be your gain. If you are looking for one of these RSR tribute, the price of entry is close to six figures and some go for well over that, this is an opportunity for you to choose your own engine and make the suspension for the track or street, basically put your stamp on it without waiting.
Just to make it clear, this RSR tribute was never meant to be a garage queen, it was going to be used, it is not perfect, so if you want perfect go pay six figures and wait for 2 years. As you can see in the starting price, and you see all the things that have already been completed, and you know the prices for what it needs to be finished, it is a great value. I would like to sell it, but I don't have to sell it so please keep that in mind when you make offers.
