Up for auction today is a Porsche 356 replica, t was built on a 1972 Volkswagen chassis. Sadly, fter not owning this vehicle for very long, e have found ourselves in a financial position where we need to let it go. The below information will speak for itself for the love and care that has gone into this amazing car. You will be hard pressed to find one even close to the condition this is in.
The following items are all brand new with less than 150 miles on everything. Complete new braking system including brakes, ll hardware, heel cylinders, aster cylinder, ll new brake lines, uel lines, ll shocks, mergency brake cables, peedometer cable and new speedometer, ccelerator cable, lutch cable, teering damper, econditioned gas tank and all components with new sending unit, ew turn signal stalk and wiring assembly, ransmission and motor mounts, omplete clutch assembly, oil, ap, park plug wires and several other various parts.
The upholstery shop completely disassembled the car (including windshield) and replaced all carpet throughout with sound deadening barrier, olished carpet retaining strips, nside rocker mats, ntegrated firewall storage pockets as authentic 356's, nd all new upholstery including dash, oor panels, ear seat, oth bucket seats as well as e-brake cover, ew convertible top assembly with new header bow, oth clamps and new matching side curtains with mounting posts and all new trunk carpet.
Completed by adding the following: new polished stainless steel (over the glass) headlight guards, ew beehive turn signal assemblies with base seals, ood handle with base seal, alnut shift knob with enameled crest, ew door handle gaskets, ew stainless steel rear view mirror, ew chrome (shine down) license plate light and base gasket, ear taillight base gaskets, ront and rear seat belts, ll new inside and out (made in Germany) gold Porsche scripts and emblems, oor hinges, ngine lid lock assembly and cable, oor, ood and engine lid gaskets. I'm sure there's more but these are the main things. It always starts on the first turn key with no spitting or sputtering, uns great, hifts smoothly, ice acceleration and brakes solid with no pulling.
We have numerous pictures detailing its condition. It's ready for complete reliability and to offer someone worry-free driving enjoyment.
Being that the speedometer is new the miles are showing 142; however the actual miles are approximately 12K.
