Dr. Jamshid James Arfania, Gilbert Landis, M.D purchased this 911 brand new on April 4th of 1977.
It was a Porsche dealer transfer from across town in Los Angeles from Chick Iverson, Newport Beach to Atlas Porsche in Wilmington.
The Dr. had purchased it at his local Porsche dealer & had them install Systcom telephone inside the Porsche for business purpose.
The Dr. owned the 911 up until sometime in 1980 with around 49k on the odometer. He was leaving out of the county for medical practice for some time & had sold the car to a patient of his, Mr.& Mrs.Stek (second owners from 1980 - Present).
The second owner Mr. Stek was in the market for another Porsche aftera tire blow out that cause damage tohis72' 911.
Purchasing the Targa in 1980, in37 years he had onlydrove itless then 38k miles on it. This 911S has only 087,779 actual miles & documented.

Survivor Condition with its original Silver MetallicPaint, never to have been repainted or in a accident.
Fully Documented with the original 2 window stickers, owners manuals, warranty book, new vehicle windshield sticker,complete tool kit with gloves, original spare with BFGoodrich clear bag for spare, recent smog records documenting the miles & the antenna keys.
California 911 that spent its entire life in Los Angeles. The second owner mention furthest he had ever drove it was to Central California. All Original Body panels & undercarriage that are in beautiful solid shape.
The interior is in beautiful original condition & shows it has been well taken care of. You would expect a low mileage vehiclewith this sort of interior.uncut dash remaining the original dealer added Blaupunkt AM/FM Stero Radio Cassette.
Original Paint in great shape but shows wear & tear (clear coat bit oxidized in some areas) but never has been repainted. All rubber is original & still in good shape.
Running & driving - brakes & shifts. Cruises on the freeway at 75-80mph.All electrical works including lights,windows, electric mirror,gauges (except clock), radio & air does come on.
Overall, its original & has a great history of ownership. A 911 that has never been restored is getting impossible to find.
