1986 Porsche 911Dallas Motorsports proudly presents this very rare 1986 Porsche M491 “Turbo Look” 911 Carrera that has just arrived to our facility here in Wylie, Texas
Porsche collectors PSA: if you are currently trying to avoid temptation for a new toy, stop reading now; you have been warned.
In addition to the 1986 911 line up, Porsche included yet again the ultra-cool M491 Bespoke Option code. The M491, dubbed the “Turbo Look”, included the wide body front fenders and rear quarter panels, suspension, and brakes from the 930 Turbo model. The M491 gives the 911 a much more aggressive look while still maintaining the 3.2 normally aspirated power plant. From our research, only 76 M491 Coupes were manufactured for the US Market.
As if that weren't enough to get your motor running, at 108K miles this 911 had a complete top and bottom end engine rebuild; upgrading it from 3.2L to a 3.4L specs!
