You are viewing a very nice and solid rust free car. The car was a full body off frame restoration. The car is restored to stock condition with a few exceptions to make the car more reliable and road worthy. High end driver car that runs and drives excellent. Great hiway cruiser. All records/file of receipts and documented restoration with picture book. Many other extras come with the car, manuals, etc. The car has won many awards including the VMCCA 2012 National Club award as best owner restored vehicle. Purchased in 2002 with the restoration starting in 2006. Finished in 2012 with 7,100 miles driven since the restoration was finished. The car runs excellent and a pleasure to drive at hiway speed.

Body/Paint: The body is all original steel in excellent condition with a few small patches. The rockers were replaced with new and the right partial part of the quarter was patched with an original piece from a donor car. All the floor pans including the trunk pan are original in nice condition. The body was stripped and worked to get near perfect. Many coats of primer and block in between to get a really nice canvas for paint. The paint is base/clear original paint code Fire Gold metallic and white mist. Wet sanded and cut and buffed to a beautiful finished. The body and paint is nice and flat and is beautiful. Powder coated frame and inner fenders. The car comes with two sets of restored fender skirts. One set is body color and the other is polished stainless steel.

Interior: Restored as stock and beautiful. Options are underdash, quarter curiosity, trunk, ash tray and under hood emergency lights. Steering wheel is restored and beautiful with protective grip for comfort in driving. PS, PB and visor mirror, stock radio works, but have a stereo/CD player in the glove box with 3 speakers. Added seat belts front and back. Cruise control added plus Vintage AC with original style under dash AC unit and works well. The interior is very presentable with beautiful headliner. Lots of bright work and a beautiful dash all restored. Small tachometer for watch those revs.

Running Gear: 316 ci original V8 rebuilt as stock with electronic ignition, generator converted to alternator to hide it and cruise control to make driving more reliable. Stock 4 bbl carb, intake and exhaust manifold. Original restored 3 speed Hydromatic transmission. Rear end is original rebuilt with hiway gears.

Suspension: all restored and rebuilt as stock. The car rides very nice.

Bright work: All restored or replaced. Looks very nice. Very rare optional dual fender mount mirrors that represent the V8 first year in 55. Very hard to find along with the gas door optional bezel.

Glass: All replaced tinted.

Exhaust: Dueled off as stock in good working order with chrome tips. 2 inch pipe with two into one muffler, stock style back out as two as original.

Brakes: Stock power drum brakes in good working order.

Wheels/Tires: Chrome wire wheels with spinners and Pontiac centers. Coker Classic white wall radials with new Coker bias tire as spare and jack. One extra matching radial tire with painted wheel. 235/75 15 all the way around.

Summary: If you are seeking a super nice hi end driver that is reliable this car is worthy of your consideration. Good solid car and beautifully restored.
