Rare Canadian only Pontiac 2+2 Convertible 1 of 639 built in 1969. These Canadian 2+2s were built on an Impala frame with Chevrolet drive line. this 2+2 retains it original numbers matching 350 engine. The distributor has been replaced with a newerHEIunit. the previous owner stated that he had the transmission rebuilt a few years ago and it shifts fine.the interiors on these Canadian 2+2s were also unique they were equipped with an impala center console and impala bucket seats. theinterior on this 2+2 has just been completely restored with new seat springs, padding, front and rear seat covers, door panels, carpet, window cranks, gas pedalandSteering wheel. it also has its original AM radio that does not work at this time. It has a new convertible pump and pistons that work great, the convertible top is newer and has a glass back window. the car runs and drives well it is very reliable, I drove it home from Canada and have driven and enjoyed it this summer/fall. It has new front wheel bearings and new rear shocks and fresh oil change.the previous owner spent a lot of money having the exterior painted and body work done.I would say the car is in great driver condition the paint job is not perfect and there are a few scrapes, scratches and dings but overall looks good. the car has power drum brakes and it does stop but would stop better with disc brakes.the mileage on the car shows 36,775 I have no idea if this is the actual mileage or not.Clear Pennsylvania title in my name.
