With my feedback rating being 100% for 17 years, please know I WOULD NOT list it if I had any doubt to the honesty of these details: "For sale is a 1991 Pontiac Grand Am. This car is not running. I got water in the engine during recent flooding while driving. This is a one family car and has 80,000 original miles. It was my everyday car until the engine died. The AC worked great! The interior is in great shape with only one small hole in the seat. I changed the oil every 3-4,0000 miles. I got this car at 60,000 miles after my grandmother could no longer drive. She always took care to make sure everything was in good working order and the maintenance schedule was followed. I also have an original Pontiac shop manual to go with it. There is some paint flaking on the hood and trunk. The following items were replaced/installed within the last 3 yrs/20,000 miles: -Battery -Both headlight assemblies -Both door window motors and regulators -Complete front strut assemblies -Rear shocks -Brakes (front and rear) -Muffler -Radio(Bluetooth with remote cd player) -Front dash speakers. -Rear speakers -Tinted windows -Tires My mechanic told me that it appears to be a bent rod from the engine damage. The engine will turn but not more than one revolution. The water did not enter the interior. If I had the time and place I would put a used engine in this car and continue to drive it.
