Factory 389 CI Two Barrel Engine, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Factory Air Conditioning, Remote Control Driver's Side Mirror, Factory AM Radio, Deluxe Wheel Covers and more! This 1963 Pontiac Catalina came from the estate of a very prominent Pontiac Lightweight Super Duty Drag Race Car Collector who purchased this car in the 1980's. The car remained in inside storage at his home for almost 30 years. As you can see from the pictures the car is very solid and straight for a 1963 Catalina. The car has had 1 Quality repaint in a darker shade of green than original over 30 years ago that while not perfect now still shows well. The car appears to have never been involved in any accidents. Look at the pictures showing the sides of this car along with the top of the hood and trunk-lid to see just how STRAIGHT this old Catalina really is! Starting at the front of the car the front bumper is straight with original chrome. The front grills are in excellent condition. All 4 original T3 headlights are still in the car and work. The hood is excellent with no dings or damage. The left fender is excellent. The right front fender has a small rust hole at the bottom of the fender as shown in the pics. Both doors open/close properly with a small rust spot at the front bottom of the right door and no rust in the left door. All the glass in the car is original including the original windshield. Both rear quarter panels are straight with very small rust spots shown in the pics. All the exterior side stainless steel trim is straight and in nice condition. The rear trunk lid is nice with no rust at all. The rear trunk weather-striping gutter is nice with no rust or damage. The rear taillights are original. The rear bumper is straight with original chrome. All 4 windows roll up and down properly. The steel simulated convertible roof is straight with faded original paint. All the stainless trim is in excellent condition. The rear trunk floor is in good condition as shown in the pics. The original jack, tire iron and base are with the car. The car still has all 5 original steel wheels, NICE original hubcaps and vintage Goodyear Wingfoot radial tires. The floors in the car are excellent as shown in the pics. The rear trunk drop-offs are excellent on both back sides of the rear quarter panels. The radiator support is excellent along with the no rust original battery tray. The front inner fenders are excellent along with the firewall and cowl. The original Trim Tag and VIN tag are shown in the pictures for your review. Under the hood the car is completely original as shown in the pics. This car will "Crank" with a hot battery however I have not had the car running. I am sure it will need new points, condenser, spark plugs and a new fuel filter at a minimum to get the car running therefore this car Does Not Run or Drive and as such I make not guaranty that it will. All the Air Conditioning system is complete along with a nice exhaust system. The brakes are down and will need to be bled at a minimum to get them working. Expect to do a major service on this car to get the car into running and driving condition. The interior of the car is completely original. The worst part of the interior is the driver's side door panel bottom as shown in the pictures. The rest of the interior is in decent original condition for an old car parked for 30 years. The dash is totally complete and in good condition. The original dash pad does have 2 cracks in the pad. The original steering wheel is also cracked. The original seat covers are in good condition front and rear. The rear interior door panels are in good condition. The original headliner is good along with the unique dome light and map light.
