Hello

Over the past decade and a half, I have offered and sold many vehicles here on Ebay, most being classic muscle cars.As a rule, trades from my late model used vehicle dealership sales.I have always retained a 100% feedback, and intend that to continue. For a little over a year now, I have acquired these trade in’s as I usually do, but following the purchasing of our local NAPA Auto Care Center about a year and a half ago, my time to do this has been limited to bring them to market.Better late than never I suppose.I will be offering about a half dozen special interest cars my dealership has over the next month or so.This is number 3 today and one that I have considered keeping. It is our 1967 Pontiac GTO convertible in Tyrol Blue with black interior and new White Top.

I acquired this GTO about two years ago, have clear title in hand. The owner drove the car daily and had for as long as his brother could remember. The top was in tough shape when I took possession which was surprising, as the rest of the car was very clean. His brother said he didn’t have it re-topped because he didn’t drive the car on rainy days, so he wasn’t going to worry about it.The interior was nice as you can see, had some aftermarket gauges under the dash and an aftermarket tach installed where the factory clock was.I have the original clock and goes to the new owner along with a couple other things, including the original exhaust manifolds.

The car retains its original color, Tyrol Blue and interior.Interior is nice with little wear.Worst is the veneer on the center console is rolling up on the edges and for those who will be worried about that, it will need replacing.Kits are about $100 here on ebay.Carpets and upholstery, dash, are all nice for original components.Top mechanics work as they should and top fit beautiful as I just had it done last summer professionally. The tires were new before I received the car but have little use.Brakes are good too.Car was recently used in a parade in our local town and received a lot of attention to say the least. The engine is a 400 and was told it was dealer replaced in 1972 under warranty. Not sure on the specifics but from my research, the date code on the engine is from 1972 if I decoded it properly.I have the original carburetor to the car and has currently an electric choked Edelbrock.Vehicle starts and runs just as it should and sounds good doing it.I have driven the car locally around town, in parades and homecoming.Have driven at highway speeds and sat in parade traffic for long periods and car stays cool.

Now, as I would expect, most will be interested in the body condition.I have had this car on a lift, inspected from in the trunk, inside the car and under and have come to the conclusion, this car retains its original sheet metal.Date codes on all 4 corner body panels are still there and no patch panel evidence inside the body panels. It also appears that the body has neven be taken apart although there is evidence, only by paint lines in trunk openings, door openings and just inside the engine bay showing the car has had a repaint in its original color at some time in its history. The lines are nearly unnoticeable in the door openings and fairly soft in the other areas but are there.Doors open and shut perfectly and have no sag whatsoever. No bubbling or evidence of past body work other than those above mentioned paint lines.Engine bay is as you see it, undetailed in all its glory, but shows pretty well.Glass is nice as well as the trim.Couple of trim clips along the convertible top open rear are loose and will need replacing.Minor but there FYI. If you run the tag numbers, you will know this to be the real deal. This car is just nice. It’s not perfect. The original owner, being elderly, pulled a bit too far into his garage as evidenced by the small dent in the front grill panel and paint chip in the front of the hood lip. But, overall the paint finish is beautiful and shows very well.If you have questions, any at all, just send me a message, call or text.Number is below.

I have sold dozens of vehicles here on Ebay as well as purchased various items for my dealership and NAPA Auto Care facility, which my wife and I own and operate. All with a 100% feedback. That is only achieved by being descriptive and honest. That is what I have done here.I am a Michigan dealer and am insured and bonded.Title is in hand.If you live in Michigan, you will be subject to Michigan 6% Sales taxes. If you live out of Michigan but choose to pick your 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible up in person, you will have to pay either Michigan or your states reciprocal sales tax depending on your state stipulations. If you wonder about your state, drop me a question and I will response promptly. And finally, if you live out the state and have your purchase shipped by hired shipping service, you will not be required to pay sales tax here in Michigan. It is worth mentioning we do not charge any fees on top of your auction purchase, including documentation or service fees.Shipping is your responsibility. The car is 49 years old, as so it’s being sold, AS-IS, but will be as described above. You are welcomed to and encouraged to have the car inspected in person and is located in Whitehall Michigan at my dealership.I have a vehicle lift we can incorporate into your inspection if you so desire. My name is Kurt Bonner, owner of Whitehall Motors in Whitehall Michigan 49461 as well as our local NAPA Auto Care Service Center directly next door with ASE certified Techs on staff.I have been in the Automotive business for nearly 30 years. If you have questions, please call me on my cell at Two Three One 578- 2887.

At the conclusion, and you are the winner, I would appreciate the required and immediate $500.00 Paypal deposit with the balance being paid via cash or bank wire transfer.I will not accept checks as form of payment unless they are drawn on a national bank we have here locally to verify funds and/or you are willing to wait whatever time is required for those funds to post in my account, to pick up your GTO.

I think that’s about it.Thanks for listening!Kurt
