For this build we decided to forego the ever so common late model swap to showcase the potential of the Oldsmobile 403 engine. After the reciprocating assembly was addressed a main girdle was added. From there, The complete edelbrock power package was utilized to make this upgrade as seamless as possible. A Holley dual fuel line carb tops the mill along with the original shaker scoop.

The interior and bodywork are also freshly doneincluding avintage air a/c system,as well as a rebuild on the suspension. The Turbo Hydramatic 350 has been rebuilt with heavy duty components(upgraded sun shell planeteries and sprague as well as hardened input and output shafts. This is a very solid car that belongs in a museum...oh did I mentionit came from one!!

Iwill help in shipping the car and could deliver within a reasonable distance. I'm selling this car for a family member and can answer any questions you may have about it. It is professionally done and a really awesome car. Please feel free to make offers of any kind and I'll end with the note given to me written by the owner of the car:

1979 trans am 403 engine with approx 500 miles since rebuild aluminum heads an intake headers 420 hp. 18in snow flake wheels new carpet. Paint is great rebuilt trans no expense was spared I got well over $50,000 in it. I bought the car from a museum in St.Louis. Hate to see it go but time to move.Possible trade forTahoe, yukon, blazer, suburban, or very clean pre 80 two wheel drives pickup, gmt800 and above duramax or dodge Cummins.
