Description:

1953 Pontiac Other Chieftain

From Velva ND I have a VERY complete, original & numbers matching Pontiac Prairie Survivor. There is NO rust in any of the panels, just surface & patina. Checkout out the AMAZING 50's Details & Trim, Indian Chief hood ornament, miles of bright Stainless Steel, Original Wheels & Covers, all underhood components are in place, Lenses, Lights, Antenna, Door glass(work up & down), Vent glass(work), Door handles(work), Rear glass, Rear fender skirts, Interior dash Controls, Knobs, Trim, Steering Wheel, Horn Ring, Radio & Speaker Grille. The Door, Ignition & Trunk keys are present & work. Nothing is restored, just beautiful original patina! Now, the down side of near 50 years of sitting, the 268 cubic inch 122 HP rated engine was stuck, the pistons are now free, but 2 valves are still stuck. I would recommend a complete rebuild on this very rare & complete Silver Streak Flathead Straight 8. The windshield is cracked & should be replaced. The interior is complete however it does have stains & tears, it is NOT moused! Brakes do not work & I have not checked out any of the electricals. The only thing missing seems to be the drivers side door mounted rear view mirror. Please see pictures for details. I have a clear North Dakota Title for this car. Delivery service is available @ $1 per mile.Payment must be cleared prior to vehicle leaving my property. Questions - I can be reached at 701.340.1373 8am - 8pm CST. This vehicle is for sale locally, I reserve the right to end this auction early due to local sale.
