pontiac firebird with 455 V8

1968 Pontiac Firebird

I have a 1968 Pontiac Firebird with a 455 v8 auto and power steering.
This car has been sitting for many years and has lots of rust. it will need a full restoration. I was told it belonged to a young drag racer who unfortunately passed in the 70's. the family parked his car and it has been sitting ever since. It has a 455 but it will probably need fully rebuilding.
my plan was to do a full restoration but my business takes up too much of my time so it is time to let go of the projects. I did not get a title with the car so it will come with a bill of sale only.
I have been asked a few questions and I thought I should list them here.
1: I have tried to turn over the motor by hand using the fan. I was able to get it to move around 1/4 inch at the harmonic balancer, but then it got hard again
2: while I am no expert the frame looks repairable to me but please come out and look yourself to be sure.
3: No it is not derivable and the motor does not start.
4: The floor pans will need to be replaced as well as a lot of the sheet metal. I have added a picture of the floor pans.
