I have a 1968 GTO for sale.This is a true 242 coupe.
Recent frame off restoration - practically everything is new or rebuilt.
Body was taken off the frame, rust was removed and new metal welded in as needed.New body bushings were installed.The frame is in excellent condition.You can even see the part number stamped on the side.
Base/Clear Paint is Viper Red.Except for the hood, body was taken down to bare metal, epoxy primer, 2K primer, and primer surfacer were applied before the color and clear.
It has a rebuilt 1970 400 ci Pontiac engine with 670 heads

New aluminum radiator
New brake system from master cylinder to shoes
New fuel sender and lines
New alternator, belts and hoses.
New dual exhaust from the manifolds back
New shocks, steering gear, P/S lines, steering linkage and ball joints
New carpet, door panels and headliner.Seats are in good condition with no tears or broken springs.
New tires
New Weather stripping
Door Hinges were rebuilt.
It came equipped with Rally Gauges and a His and Hers Hurst Shifter.
The horn does not work and there is no radio, everything else works as it should.
This car starts right up and drives down the road straight.The bright red paint draws attention wherever I go.
