1971 Plymouth Duster, 408 stroker, 4-speed

Offered for sale is a beautifully restored 1971 Plymouth Duster equipped with a 408 cubic inch stroker engine.Underwent a complete rotisserie restoration in 2011.This car is a street monster with its 500 horsepower small-block and 4-speed Hurst shifted classic Mopar 4-speed transmission.This car can be considered a light resto-mod with many improvements incorporated to enhance performance and driveability, while still keeping the traditional Mopar A-body looks

This Duster was originally a A51 Duster Twister special package car 318 2bbl 3-speed manual transmission.It has the distinctive Duster Twister hood strobe graphics and correct original EV4 Hemi orange body color.

This car is a blast to drive and that hemi orange paint with black stripes really gets the looks!

TTI exhaust, ceramic coated headers with stainless tips, stainless magnaflow mufflers

Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-gap intake manifold

FBO ignition system, (no ballast resistor) with adjustable rev limiter

Thermostatically controlled twin Spahl cooling fans

March serpentine pulleys and belt, Quality Power billet 150 Amp alternator.

BODY -

Solid, fully-restored on rotisserie with frame connectors for added rigidity

Original floors, rockers, fenders, doors

Only minor bodywork was required in the rear quarters ( they are mostly original)

Only the bottom portion of the trunk spare tire well needed to be replaced

Painted in correct EV4 Hemi Orange in base-clear top to bottom

Completely rebuilt 833 4-speed transmission
