400 High performance Engine (I believe it is the original engine), but it is stuck and won't turn over (I put Marvel Oil in cylinders)

Work that needs to be done: needs right and left lower quarters, needs right and left trunk drop offs to the quarters, needs some pieces in front of the rear tire, the left front frame rail (on the bottom) needs to be replaced - about 6" on the very bottom. It needs metal where the battery box sits.
Has front bench seat
Automatic on the column
Someone broke where the ignition key goes/I have a whole extra steering column.
There is some rust on the inner edge of the trunk lid (I have another trunk lid that has no rust to replace this with).
In a box I have interior pieces which includes door panel(s). There are other boxes with other parts -- the restoration was started and never finished. These are included with the car.
There is some rust on the front, lower valance panel (right and left outer sides).
On the left side of the car, there are some places that need body work (it looks like someone brushed the side of the car, but no rusted through places.
The car is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction any time before the auction ends.
