1949 Plymouth Special DeLuxe Special DeLuxe

This is a real cool old 1949 Plymouth four door police interceptor. The miles on the car indicate actual since rebuild. They are not the original to the car, true miles are unknown. Has an authentic single bubble gum light on the roof that works well and is also so quiet that you have got to look up to see if its on, but just look at the dash and the dash light will indicate its working. The siren button is next to the beacon switch, and you will definitely know when its on. Its old school so as you push the button it ramps up, you release the button and it winds down, This one cost 500.00 on ebay and is in perfect condition, its loud ! The old car drives out very well, Having the original independent front a arms, withgood working drum breaks front and rear, at the time of this auction, all seam to work very well.Has all new working Dolphin gauges.Radial tires 85% to 90% good tread ride nice. All the chrome looks new door handles grill, rear deck lid chrome etc. I have driven it around my neighborhood. I am a Fl. State accident investigator, so don't expect to buy the car from me, then want to drive it home with improper tag, and no insurance. That wont fly with me guys, as I don't want to get sued. The car needs some spot repairs done, mostly under the trunk area between the rear bumper has a dent. The rockers have paint scale under the side molding as so do the lower drivers doors. Very small areas. I can get repairs done for you if you need me to before it ships out _> at your expence. The drivers door glass is "new",and have gotten it installed. Other then the items I listed, the car is a street worthy cool Saturday night cruiser.I am in a semi retired state right now, so what I do is I buy these really cool barn finds, fix them up and resale them to a good home.
