Description:

1969 Plymouth Road Runner

Exterior:
  • Decent driver quality paint with some minor imperfections here and there.
  • Trim is in good shape.
  • Grille is in good shape.
  • All glass is in good shape.
  • Nice 15" Weld Racing Pro Star wheels with good tires.
  • It is pretty solid overall underneath but has a rust spot in the left front floor pan that has been covered with a piece of sheet metal from a previous owner.
  • Has nice welded in subframe connectors.
  • All head lights, tail lights, brake lights and turn signals work correctly.
  • Windshield wipers work correctly as well.
Interior:
  • Interior is nice overall.
  • Seat covers are in good shape.
  • The carpet is nice and looks newer.
  • Dash pad is nice and doesn't have any cracks.
  • Door panels are in decent shape.
  • Headliner is nice and doesn't have any holes or tears in it.
  • The Pioneer CD player works and sounds good.
  • The AutoMeter tachometer and gauges work and light up when the headlights are turned on.
Drivetrain:
  • The engine is a really stout running 383 big block with an Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum intake manifold and Holley 4 barrel carb.
  • The long tube headers run through new dual exhaust back to Flowmasters and out the back of the car. It has a great sound to it.
  • There is an MSD 6AL ignition box, MSD Blaster 2 coil, and MSD spark plug wires.
  • The Afco aluminum radiator keeps it running cool.
  • The 4 speed manual shifts well and doesn't grind or make any strange noises. The Hurst shifter goes through the gears well and the clutch feels smooth and doesn't slip or chatter.
  • The rear end is an 8 3/4 with what feels like probably 3.54 or so gears.
Suspension:
  • The front of the car has manual front disc brakes with drum brakes out back.
  • The power steering feels good and easy to steer.
