This 1974 Road Runner is a true collectible survivor.It was brought out from a private collection. The car was kept mechanically up to date, driven monthly to car shows and gatherings.
The body is straight and rust free. The factory paint is in great condition. It shows some imperfections here and there but gives a great character to the car.Factory optioned J54 sport hood.Doors open and close easily. Nice, even body gaps, no accidents or rust.The chrome is original and looks great.Solid floors and rockers, No rust. No paint, or undercoating of any kind. Honest, clean undercarriage.
The interior is just like you would have it from factory. The upholstery is in excellent condition, dash is not cracked.It still has the original radio.Period correct pistol grip shifter completes the simple but well thought out interior.
Under the hood is very clean.
The original 318 engine runs great. No oil leaks or smoking. Original air cleaner and carburetor (recently rebuilt).New clutch installed 25k miles ago. The 4 speed transmission is tight and shifts well, it has been rebuilt.Brakes work great, stops easily.Power steering makes it easy to steer this beast.
All lights and electrical work including the windshield wipers and heater. The radio is the only thing that does not work.
Overall this is a great little car that is in perfect driving condition and its ready to be enjoyed.
Comes with spare, jack, and clean title.
