1968 Plymouth GTX

First off I would like to say....this was the coolest car I have ever owned. The car is amazing. It won best mopar of the supernational car show. Even though this car is Numbers Matching, I have rebuilt the entire car. What the engine is now is better than the car looks. The motor is sick! it has over 500hp to the crank. I will post the video tomorrow. The 440ci engine sounds wicked. It has a 750 holly with 875cfm. Its custom built by bigs performance. The cam intake lift is .546 ....now you know I'm serious. It does have the msd ignition system as seen in pics.
The engine has been completely rebuilt. I have only 25 miles on the new rebuild.
The car does have the original 727 torque flight.when I rebuilt the car I had the car put on a frame tester/bender to ensure that the straight lines were not superficial. This car is straight because it was measured straight, stripped down.
It has the original radio. I don't think it works, but it doesn't take alot to send the radio in to redo.The rear end is original. However I have a brand new dana 60 that I could put in it if you wanted or I could sell alongside the transaction.
The car has been completely repainted by professionals at southwest car crafters in abq.
Now I could list a bunch of stuff but just contact me. If I had a rotisserie stages like the dealers that would be super fancy. I'm just a guy with a rare....I mean rare built GTX.

I would like to reiterate an important point. What makes this GTX stand apart form the other GTX's you might be considering is the engine. Yes this is an amazingly clean car but yes there are others. That is just the looks. This car has a 20k dollar engine overhaul by Edward Engines. They are the engine builders for Unser racing!! You may not be a race guy but does pikes peak and the Indy 500 winner ring a bell? The car will come with a build sheet by his shop.
People....when you watch the vid. You have to play on good speakers! Its so sick. It cranks initially slow because I think the solenoid in the starter has an issue. That takes 10 minutes to fix. The battery is good (13volts) and there is NO electrical draw. On May-05-16 at 18:39:31 PDT, seller added the following information:
