Description:

1971 Plymouth Barracuda

1971 Barracuda cloned into 71 cuda 440-6 . Originally a 1971 barracuda (BH code) 318 automatic on the floor - now 440 six pack engine that has been completely rebuilt and works great (see dyno chart in pictures). Presently near Montreal Canada, bought this car in Arizona in july 2011after it had been restored. Here is what was done during restoration just prior to july 2011: Rotisserie restoration, edman Elite ceramic coated headers, ew radiator, ew exhaust and A-833 4 speed with new pistol grip shifter. Front end completely rebuilt, 323 rear, ew brakes, ront discs, ew brake line, ew master uylinder, new Curious yellow GY3 paint (original color), allye das, ew black interior including seats, arpet, ash pad, isors, eadliner, rm rest and window felt. New windshield, ll stainless polished or new, ewly chromed bumpers front and back, ew fuel tank w/sending unit, ew fuel line, allye wheels, ew leaf springs, ew KBY shocks, attery in trunk w/ battery cut off switch.

Now the glitches : There are some bubbles in the paint on the hood and engine bay (probably due to bad preparation before paint). There is some surface rust on the trunk floor. Heater is non fonctiona, needs to be connected, have all the parts). Small leakage from crank seal. Driver side window seal doesn't seal properly, eems to be wrong gasket. Fuel gauge seems to show higher level then real level of fuel.

Since I bought the car in 2011, 've had the carbs rebuilt, ad a new clutch installed, ad a rebuilt wiper motor installed and had a new engine (dash) wiring harness installed. I've put very little mileage on it, ust cruising around town in the summer time.

This car is a ton of fun to drive with lots of power and torque, nd the sound of the engine is incredible!

Asking price is $49,000USD.
