This poor car is indeed a barn find... I don't know how to confirm it, but this may be a TR3 B.
If you would like me to check for something on the body to identify it, let me know.
I believe it is a 1959 - 1962 TR3, but am not sure.

Might make a great vintage racer.

Body Number is EB 3909(X) where X is a number below 9.
Plate which I believe had the vin is missing from the engine bay passenger side. See photos.
I believe I can register this car in Connecticut (CT) on a Bill of Sale, then transfer the title (which will be a registration acting as title as I believe CT doesn't issue titles for such older cars) which could allow you to title it in your state. If that is preferable, please add $400 to the selling price, as that takes much time and some $. Otherwise I can do a CT Bill of Sale.
Frame and floorboards are in good shape.
I've got 3 of the 4 wheels to turn, I'll be working on the fourth shortly.
Parts that I have are shown in photos.
I do have the transmission tunnel, which may not be in photos.
If you need other photos of specific areas, just let me know.
New fenders are $1500 to $1800 each, so parts / overall price was calculated accordingly.
Known missing:
Engine and ancillarypartsTransmissionInterior and cockpit coamingSpare rim & tireVinyl topBonnet, trunk attachment hardware
Caveats:
Had mice at one time.
Windshield cleaned up well, and it is in good shape (no chips or cracks).Have front bumper in good shape, not in photos.Underside of bonnet is in better shape than top side shown in photos.I do have rear fender passenger side, may not be in photos.Driver side rear fender seems to have filler in seam where welting would go.Have both seats, with new (either NOS or repro) bottom pans, seat back material and covering look good, but seat pads are missing (may not be in photos).
Appears car was last registered in 1998.
Assumption is 110,000 miles (see photo)
I believe car was once white. Or at least the bonnet, doors, and trunk lid were!
Winter in upstate NY can be snowy... it may be a while before this car can be towed away. Will work with you on weather and projected pick up dates!
