1918 Studebaker Boattail Speedster Project

Found and acquired in Idaho many years ago, this unique Boattail Speedster body with 1918 Studebaker Six cylinder will be a headturning preWar entry when finished.

The Studebaker chassis dates from pre 1920, with a 1918 six cylinder moto, and 1913-17 radiator grill. A stalled project for many years before we acquired it, the motor appears complete. When we originally got it, it turned freely, we dropped the oil pan and found it all to be clean, as if it had been rebuilt, and put Marvel Mystery oil in the cylinders and put it into storage.. We have just returned it to the shop, and will have the electric starter serviced, and may run it.
