Description:

1941 Chevrolet Other Pickups 1/2 Ton Flatbed

This is 1941 Chevy custom built flatbed truck with a 500 cid Caddy engine, Turbo 400 trans., Ford 9" posi rear end with 3.00 gears. It has Heidts manual rack and pinion steering up front, four link in the rear, and 4 wheel disk brakes. Steers easy, corners nice, stops good. It has a aluminum radiator with electric fan, and runs cool with no overheating issues.
The engine has a mild cam, heavy duty rocker shafts, Edelbrock intake, four barrel carb, and custom made headers, a 14 gallon fuel cell under the flatbed in the rear, and electric fuel pump. The hood is one piece fiberglass with hidden hood pins. The cab and front fenders are original steel. All gauges, lights, turn signals work. And it has a working windshield wiper, heater, and trailer hitch with 4 prong electrical plug in.It could be used as a tow vehicle, it has tons ofpower and torque.I also installed interior sun visors.
It also has a new Kenwood stereo with two 6.5" speakers in front and two 8"shallow mount subwoofers in the rear, aux. power plug, and seat belts with shoulder harness. You can use the lap belts separately of desired. The carpet is new along with the bench seat. There is plenty of storage under the seat, it is hinged for easy access.
Tinted glass, with one piece windshield. The tires up front are like new, the rear are new Cooper Cobra's. It also has duel exhaustwith glass packs. I have some touch up paint for those little nicks that happen going down the road. It has 11,900 miles since the build. I have put about 900 on it myself with no issues. This truck is very dependable, it starts easily every time.
It has always been garaged, and out of the elements when not in use. Selling because I have too many vehicles, time to down size. This is a serious hot rod. Experienced drivers only!Questions: you can call Gary at: 310-595-4586.
I can recommend a good transport Company that I have used if needed. Sold as is with no guarantees. I have clear title in my name. I will accept cash or wire transfer only. If it is wire transfer it must clear my bank before I will release the truck.
