1960 Other Makes Minor 1000

WOW! This one will be a bargain for someone. This little Morris has been sitting for a bit and is ready to get back on the road with just a little love. The pictures will tell most of the story but here is a run down on it:
It looks to have had a restoration probably in the 80"s due to the stickers in the Windows where it was at car shows in 88 and 89 and was also a member of the Scottish branch of the Morris Minor Owners Club. There is still a German first aid kit and road side emergency kit along with the spare tire and jack in the rear. All of the glass is in perfect condition! Since the keys had been lost, it has a jumper wire and it starts right up and runs GREAT! All of the wood seams to be in very good condition as you can tell in the pictures. I also have a short video I can text or email of it starting and running if anyone needs to see it.The Morris is a right hand drive and has semaphores. All of the light work, except for the semaphores. Even the dome light works! At some point the brakes were being worked on and the master cylinder was removed so it has no brakes (there are parts that come with the car that were taken off). The clutch is inop as well. The interior shows wear but still serviceable. The outer body and floors seem very solid with only surface spots but the inner rockers need to be replaced and the replacement panels are available. The doors, outer rockers and fenders all look very good!!! Floors are solid. It has had a reprint and it flaking in spots. It comes with some prior paperwork and a workshop manual.I don't think it would take long to have this Traveller traveling the roads again. It should be an easy restore or leave as is for that great patina look. the last picture is for those of us that would prefer the lowered version, to give you some idea of how it would look. You are welcome to view the car, or have someone look for you, PRIOR to bidding as your opinion could vary.I prefer to let the auction run for the complete 5 days. My reserve is modest and I don't want to spoil it for others by telling what it is, that is what an auction is about. Thanks for checking it out! Good Luck! Someone will get a neat little ride. I wish I could keep it.
