1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

This is the cool cruiser that's going get you the survivor awards. After all, when was the last time you saw a 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme coupe in such a nice and preserved condition? With its original V8 power, plush A/C interior, low mileage, and all-around well-preserved presentation, this is a time capsule on wheels. The unique design lines made these Cutlass coupes quite popular when new. So you probably have a story or two that come to... mind the moment you see that bright dual waterfall grille come into view. But the reason why you're especially attracted to this one is because you just don't see them in this kind of well-preserved condition anymore. The factory medium garnet red is a great color for the era, and it still retains the nice shine of a well-respected classic. It's the difference you get on an example like this that has spent most of its life with one family. It goes perfectly with the tastefully classy elements like the full ornamentation (even on the taillights,) mirror-like bumpers, and color-matched Super Stock wheels. Plus, the brown pinstriping and matching brown vinyl roof are true classic American luxury touches. This would be the last we'd see of them. You may have noticed the addition "Classic" badging on this car. It was only on the 1988 models â€" this iconic generation's final year. The full burgundy cloth interior still looks amazing thanks to the same great care as the exterior. Plus, all the wood-like trim on the dash provides extra distinction. This can seat up to six, but fold down the front armrest, and it provides you with individual plush luxury. And because was designed to eat away the miles in comfort, there are great features like cruise control, the factory AM/FM cassette stereo, and cold factory air conditioning converted to R134a. Open the hood for more originality. This is presented in the kind of time capsule quality where you still even have the factory decals. So it's not hard to believe when this is claimed to be the original motor. This one is an absolute cruiser, but there's also some performance pedigree in there, too. You're looking at a 307 cubic-inch Olds V8. It's rugged and torquey construction makes it desirable, and the four-barrel carburetor lets it inhale deeply (remember the 442 package utilized a similar setup.) For those times when you're just cruising, you'll appreciate features like a power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and four-speed automatic transmission w/highway-friendly overdrive. This is a shining example of a survivor, and now it just needs the right caretaker to continue its preserved legacy. Will it be you? Call now!
