1990 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight

hello,i am selling 1990 Oldsmobile regency i have had the car for 15 years it was very well taking care of over the years.
good:
starts and runs
heat/ac works
all good
chrome trim all good
head,tail light all good
back seat good
stereo all buttons are there factory cd player
climate controls all goo and working.
steering wheel and buttons all good.
dash is good
passenger seat is good
door panel all chrome is good
no surface rust
bad
motor and a timing chain problem make noise.
transmission has no reverse
drive seat has a small tear
head liner is falling
all tires are bad and flat
been seating out side for two years
the hood and roof and trunk needs paint
rear driver quarter panel dented
cd player not working but radio works factory original.
rocker rusty
under body rusty
back window don't work
the car can be driven any where if you are up to the challenge.
