The "Golden Starfire" is this Flamboyant 1961 Oldsmobile Custom Showcar by renowned crafter John D'Agostino. Finished in glimmering Pagan Gold with a highly massaged body. Being molded, nosed decked with all of the body seams filled smooth. The cars bumpers were smoothed and tucked and rechromed. The front area was redesigned using a 1960 Mercury grille and lucas headlights giving the car an awesome look. The rear of the car was treated to 1956 Olds tailights that were frenched into place. The car was finished over 10 years ago and its still a knockout! The paint is still very nice with only a few little chips that have been touched up from just driving it. On the inside the custom bucket seat interior was finished in pearl white using 1963 Riviera power bucket seats with tons of custom touches throughout including the matching trunk. The powerplant is a 394 that sounds great and backed by a Hydramatic automatic transmission. The engine bay has had a recent detail and presents itself well. Power steering, power brakes and Vintage A/C make the car a pleasure to drive. The odometer is showing 68000 miles and is believed to be original miles on this rust free California car.
